The JLEDC currently is relying on contributions of volunteer time, ideas and resources from both members and non-members to work toward acheiving its goal of balanced economic health for the June Lake area. If you have time, talent or other resource that you can contribute to our efforts, please join in.
All of the work that has been done to date is through volunteerism and donations: there are no paid staff members/employees. There are also no dues or fees levied from members.
For membership information please attend one of our meetings. It is considered that applications for membership may soon be accepted by mail and/or internet. You are welcome to subscribe to our general mailing list (see homepage)

*necessary documents have been filed for a Non-Profit 501c(3) corporation and there is every indication that the status will be granted, however there is a processing delay at the federal level, apparently due to the large volume of hurricane Katrina relief organizations recently formed. There is every reason to believe that your donation will be tax-qualified, and we are diligent in pursuing this goal as soon as administratively possible.
